 Description: Other than fitness modeling and maintaining my website, I
was previously a personal trainer at Gold's Gym. I enjoyed
teaching my clients about all of the aspects of living a healthy
lifestyle. I hoped to set a good example and especially teach
them how to reach their individualized personal fitness goals.
I shared my knowledge in hopes of changing their old routines
into constructive ones so that they can be healthier and happier.
And once they are on their own, I hope they leave me with
confidence and a new way of looking at keeping fit. My fulfillment
comes when they see the results they never thought were possible
and smile knowing that with a little hard work, they got there.
